Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and build relationships with a pre-existing client base.
- Provide financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and other financial products.
- Complete comprehensive training to achieve relevant qualifications (Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning).
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date with regulatory changes.
- Support clients in achieving their financial goals, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Skills & Experience:
- Level 4 qualified
- Prior experience working within an IFA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to learn and develop in a regulated industry.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
