Key Responsibilities for Counterbalance Forklift Driver: 
  • Operate a counterbalance forklift to transport goods within the warehouse and loading areas.
  • Load and unload deliveries safely and accurately.
  • Ensure goods are stored correctly to maintain product integrity.
  • Conduct routine equipment checks and report any faults.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
Requirements for Counterbalance Forklift Driver:
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Good awareness of health and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
