As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team and assist in the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the construction team, ensuring all documentation and records are accurately maintained.
  • Assist in the coordination of project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and communicated effectively.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail related to construction projects.
  • Maintain and update the company's construction management systems, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by the construction team.
  • Assist in the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents related to construction projects.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits for the construction team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Provide general clerical support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • H&S admin.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the construction industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of construction management software is a plus.
