Job Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Supervise, train, and motivate the dental assistant team to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure the practice runs efficiently by managing workflows, equipment, and supplies.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Oversee appointment scheduling, ensuring proper patient flow and minimal wait times.
  • Clinical Support: Assist in dental procedures when needed, ensuring the comfort and care of patients.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure all practice procedures and policies align with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Patient Relations: Foster strong relationships with patients, providing excellent customer service and addressing concerns.
  • Inventory Management: Track and manage dental supplies and equipment, ensuring the practice is fully stocked and organized.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets and manage office expenses.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of dental office operations, patient care, and clinical procedures.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of dental software is a plus.
