Hours 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 8am to 2pm

AbouttheRole

Responsibleforseveralcustomeraccounts,providinghighlevelcustomerservice.

Facilitatingquotationsandansweringcustomerquestionsandqueriesastheyarise.

Escalatinganyproblematicissuesviathenecessarychannelsandensuringoverallcustomeraccountownershipismaintainedanddeveloped.

Assistingtheexternalbusinessdevelopmentteamtoattainnewcustomersandonboardingnewaccountsintothebusiness.

Responsibilities

  • Dealingwithcustomerqueriesandrelayinginformationinatimelymanner,respondingwithinamaximumof24hours.
  • Providinghighlevelcustomersupport,ensuringexpectationsaremetandimprovedwherepossible.
  • Accountspend/developmenttoagreedtargets.
  • Supportingwithforecastingandbudgetsetting.
  • Ensuringcustomersatisfactionisdeliveredandsurpassed.
  • Assistingexternalsalesteamtodevelopandgrownewaccounts.
  • Orderinput/processing,uponthedateofreceiptandacknowledgingreceiptoforderwithin24hours.
  • Quotationinput,dissemination,collation,andanalysistoagreedtimelines.
  • Liaisingwithotherdepartmentstoensurerequirementsareprocessedwithintherequiredtimescales.
  • Confidenttoescalatemattersandhaveacandoattitude.
  • ProblemSolving,recommendingsolutionsorimprovementswherepossible.

Experience:

  • Customerservice/Accountmanagementprovenexperience.
  • Knowledgeoforpreviousexperienceworkinginthecontractelectronicmanufacturing(PCBAssembly)and/ortheelectroniccomponentindustry.
  • officeenvironment;requiressignificantuseoftelephoneandcomputerprogrammesMicrosoftword,excel,outlook,ERP,etc.
  • Domestictravelmayberequired-visitingcustomers,suppliers,etc.
