Technical Support Technician

£25k

St Neots 5 days per week

We're looking for a customer focused Technical Support Technician to join our client based in St Neots. You will be given full training on their products, so you can provide a strong level of service to the end users. Most tickets come in by email and can be responded by email - you won't be required to visit site.

Full training is provided, company bonus scheme, as well as a friendly and welcoming team, dog friendly office, as well as the opportunities to enhance your career, such as transitioning into an Tech Engineer, should this be of interest!

As a Technical Support Technician, you will:

  • Provide 1st/2nd Line Technical support
  • Become a product SME
  • Track tickets and keep ticketing system up to date
  • Remotely log onto machines to troubleshoot issues
  • Arrange for Engineers to visit site should the issue not be fixable remotely.

Requirements for this Technical Support Technician role:

  • Minimum of 1 year IT, Software or Technical support experience
  • Able to commute to St Neots 5 days a week
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Full right to work in the UK without any restrictions
