We're looking for a customer focused Technical Support Technician to join our client based in St Neots. You will be given full training on their products, so you can provide a strong level of service to the end users. Most tickets come in by email and can be responded by email - you won't be required to visit site.

As a Technical Support Technician, you will:
- Provide 1st/2nd Line Technical support
- Become a product SME
- Track tickets and keep ticketing system up to date
- Remotely log onto machines to troubleshoot issues
- Arrange for Engineers to visit site should the issue not be fixable remotely.
Requirements for this Technical Support Technician role:
- Minimum of 1 year IT, Software or Technical support experience
- Able to commute to St Neots 5 days a week
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Full right to work in the UK without any restrictions
