About the Role:We are currently seeking multiple Machine Assembly Operatives / Junior Manufacturing Operatives to join a well-established and growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to develop and progress in a hands-on production environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Measuring, cutting, and assembling frames.

Attaching high-quality items together.

Installing LED lighting into systems.

Ensuring all products meet company standards.

Assisting in various stages of production as required.

Collaborating with colleagues in a supportive and relaxed environment.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Machine Assembly Operative or in a manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential for the right candidate).

Hands-on and physically fit (standing role).

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think ahead.

Supportive team player, able to work collaboratively.

Multiskilled and adaptable - willing to take on various production tasks.

Must have own transport - due to poor public transport links.
