The One Group are pleased to be working with a leading precision engineering company in Cambridgeshire who are seeking a QHSE Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.This is an exciting time to be joining the business, with plenty of orders coming through the door and growing at a fast rate. With this being a brand-new role within the company you will have the opportunity to make it your own and develop a planning function to suit the business needs.My client manufacture precision engineered components for the Medical Technology, Scientific and Aerospace sectors to name a few and have increased production facilities from 2 to 4 over the past 12 months.The duties include:

  • Responsible for the Quality Department along with Health and Safety of the company
  • Assist in continuous improvement of all the businesses QMS
  • Maintain and develop the business Quality Management and Business Management systems
  • Maintain regular compliance across the business standards and report accurate data and analysis of quality performance
