We are a well established dental practice in the St Neots area, seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our professional team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and check in patients, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  • Handle phone inquiries, appointment scheduling, and email correspondence efficiently.
  • Coordinate treatment plans, explain procedures, and provide patients with detailed information on available services.
  • Manage patient records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process payments, including private patient billing and financing options.
  • Maintain the reception area to a high standard, reflecting the practice's private and professional setting.
  • Liaise with dentists and support staff to ensure the seamless delivery of care.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or treatment coordinator or administrator is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with dental software systems (training will be provided if necessary).
