A fantastic opportunity for a qualified pharmacist to manage a fully staffed independent community pharmacy in St Neots. My client is an exceptional business to work for offering the IP qualification and a DPP.

Our client is an independent community pharmacy, looking for a GPhC registered pharmacist to join and manage the branch. The ideal candidate will be a leader with excellent communication skills, previous managerial experience is not essential.

Any training that you may wish to complete can also be arranged for you, and you will have profit shares in any new services you introduce to the branch, increasing your earning potential!

Key Duties

  • Work as part of and manage a team to ensure the store runs safely and effectively.
  • 40 hours per week. (Monday to Friday)
  • Provide line management to the support staff.
  • Provide and encourage services.
  • Ensuring that all key targets are met and that excellent standards are consistently delivered.
  • Have great communication skills and the ability to build working relationships.

Package and Benefits

  • Basic salary of £50,000 per annum (Can negotiate slightly)
  • £50,000 per annum
  • IP support
  • DPP provided
  • 4 weeks annual leave plust bank holidays
  • £6,000 per annum minimum in bonus (paid quarterly)

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • GPHC Registered Pharmacist
  • Pharmacy First Accredited
