Key Responsibilities:
  • Office & Team Management: Take charge of the day-to-day running of the office and manage the team to ensure high performance.

Essential Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in estate agency is essential, with a proven track record of success in residential sales.
  • Ambitious & Results-Driven: Enthusiastic, ambitious, and focused on achieving goals.
  • Communication Skills: Well-presented, communicative, and articulate, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Drive to Succeed: A real desire to succeed and take ownership of your branch.
  • Full UK Driving License: Must hold a valid driving license.
