An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join a leading organisation based in Kimbolton. This role is a newly created position and within the role, you will report into the Managing Director, and work closely day to day with the current Finance Officer. Due to the nature of the organisation, this role is a full time, office based position and you will need to be able to get their under your own transport.As the incoming Finance Assistant, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:- Coding of purchase invoices- Supplier statement reconciliations- Posting bank entries- Assisting with Credit Control - Sales ledger invoice processing- Assisting with month-end procedures- Additional ad hoc duties as requiredAs the successful candidate for this position, you will have previous experience working in a similar level Accounts Assistant position, with good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. You will also have good system and excel skills.
