We are seeking experienced Secondary Education Teachers for core subjects including English, Maths, and Science. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated educators looking for long-term cover positions with the potential to evolve into permanent roles within the Cambridgeshire area.
Day-to-day of the role:- Delivering engaging lessons in core subjects to secondary school students.
- Preparing lesson plans, teaching materials, and assignments.
- Assessing and recording students’ progress and providing feedback.
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborating with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders to support student learning.
- Adapting teaching methods to meet the needs and interests of individual students.
- Participating in school meetings, parent conferences, and teacher training workshops.
- Proven experience as a Secondary Education Teacher in English, Maths, or Science.
- Strong knowledge of the UK secondary education curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment.
- Flexibility to work on different days and adapt to various school settings.
- A valid DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one.
