Overview:
I am recruiting 3 experienced Support Worker's to join our team in providing care and assistance to individuals with autism and other mental health issues.

Responsibilities:

- Must be able to perform observations to a high level
- Administer medication as prescribed and ensure proper documentation
- Provide one-to-one support to individuals with autism/brain injury
- Implement strategies based on applied behaviour analysis techniques
- Assist in the development and implementation of individual care plans
- Support individuals in daily activities and personal care needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care

Requirements:

- Proficiency in medication administration and patient care
- Knowledge of applied behaviour analysis principles
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care or related field
