- Preparation of monthly management accounts and detailed financial reports
- Management of cash flow to ensure robust financial health
- Overseeing credit control processes, including weekly reconciliations and client communication
- Ensuring compliance with tax, VAT, CIS, and financial reporting standards
- Mentoring and developing the finance team to drive exceptional performance
- Maintaining strong relationships with external advisors and financial partners
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or qualified by experience (QBE)
- Proven experience in management accounting, ideally within the construction sector
- Proficiency in financial systems such as Sage 50, Excel, and Power BI
- Strong understanding of the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive leadership style
