Financial Controller - Salary up to £70,000

Location - Staffordshire

Salary - £55,000 - £70,000 + Bonus

Working Arrangements - Hybrid - 3 days a week on site.

This role require candidates with a strong background in fixed asset accounting. As key members of the finance team, successful candidates will be responsible for:

  • Business Partnering key non financial stakeholders
  • Producing monthly reports on the revenue and costs related to the company's internal development budget.
  • Managing and mentoring the fixed asset and service financial analysts.
  • Providing monthly reporting and commentary for the management packs.
  • Overseeing project set-up and lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with USGAAP and local statutory reporting.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, completing balance sheet reconciliations, and providing essential information for audit and SOX compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A qualified accountant with 2-5 years post-qualification experience.
  • Expertise in fixed asset accounting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (experience with Dynamics 365 is advantageous).
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence outcomes.
