Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Drive profitability through cash flow management and cost-saving initiatives.
Strengthen internal financial controls and risk management.
Support operational teams in financial negotiations and strategic decision-making.
Mentor and develop the finance team.
About You:
Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
Strong financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Skilled in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Strategic mindset with the ability to influence at all levels.
