Our client, a fast-paced FMCG organisation, committed to delivering high-quality products to their consumers are looking for a proactive and analytical Management Accountant to join their finance team. This role is essential to ensuring the financial health and strategic growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and variance analyses.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Cost Management: Monitor and control manufacturing costs, providing detailed analysis on cost variances and identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities.
Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights, support, and challenge to drive performance and profitability.
Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, maintaining the integrity of financial data and supporting audits.

Candidate Essentials:

Qualifications: ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or equivalent with strong post-qualification experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Proficient in using financial software and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyse complex data sets.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
