- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet obligations
- Lead credit control efforts, including weekly site reconciliations and client communications
- Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, CIS, and financial reporting standards
- Oversee and develop the finance team, driving high performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external advisors and financial partners
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification, or qualified by experience (QBE)
- Solid background in management accounting, ideally in construction
- Proficiency with financial systems like Sage 50, Excel, and Power BI
- Strong grasp of the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and related regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
