Job Purpose
- Support a varied client portfolio with a wide range of accounting and audit work.
- Preparation of tax computations with minimal senior input.
- Assist with R&D tax work.
- Support with payroll processing.
- Understand accounting regulations including FRS102.
- Work with senior colleagues to ensure statutory deadlines are being monitored and met.
- Champion your own professional development and enthusiastically take on training opportunities.
- Report directly to Managers and Partners, confidently overseeing a small client portfolio.
- Providing work to junior team members and reviewing once completed.
- Contribute to the accountancy firm’s growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.

The Successful Applicant
- ACA, ACCA or AAT qualified with previous experience within practice.
- Experienced at building good client relationships.
- Self-motivated and reliable who is eager to progress.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A strong work ethic, time management and organisational skills.
- Enthusiasm to learn from an experienced team.
