Overview

Mitchell Adam are excited to start their new partnership with a growing SME organisation who are seeking to add a talented Accounts Assistant to their branch in North Stafford. This organisation has been on a recruitment drive in recent months as a result of their continued growth, and are looking to bolster their fantastic finance function with an experienced accounting professional. They're hoping to bring on someone charismatic who is comfortable working in a cohesive team, but also at times independently.

This role will see you completing duties such as completing reconciliations on the bank, liaising with suppliers via phone and email and processing invoices. You'll be working closely with a qualified Finance Manager who will be available to assist you when needed. They are looking for a candidate who is confident in their own ability, and could come into the organisation a start to quickly produce a high quality of work.

Skills Required
  • Excellent communication skills are desired in this role as you will be interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • To have at least one year's experience in an accounting related role, or to have academic experience in accounting such as a Degree or a related qualification.
  • To have a passion and desire to work in a finance related role. This Accounts Assistant role has some fantastic progression opportunities for an individual who is keen to pursue a career in this industry.
