Start out in Staffordshire for your first 12 months, learning different aspects of the business from the farm through the early stages of the supply chain. Working your way through a well structured and supportive programme, you'll then move on to another location in the UK, with a salary increase to support you on your way to the next stage of your learning and development.
Coming out of the 2 year shceme, you'll find a leadership and dvelopment programme waiting that will be invaluable in fast tracking your career on to people management and beyond.
