About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Research Engineer to join our team in Shrewsbury. This role focuses on the research, design, and maintenance of mechanical products, equipment, systems, and processes. If you excel at interpreting blueprints, creating engineering designs, and solving complex challenges, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, design, develop, manufacture, and test mechanical tools, engines, machines, and other devices.

  • Analyze customer design proposals, specifications, and manuals to evaluate project feasibility in terms of time and cost.

  • Diagnose equipment failures, identify faulty operations, and recommend solutions to maintenance teams.

  • Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of machinery to ensure compliance with specifications.

  • Implement operational procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide detailed technical insights.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Creativity, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
