I'm currently partnered with a manufacturer in Stafford who have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their business.
Skills & Experience
- A degree in mechanical or product design or demonstrable experience
- Good interpersonal skills and a good team player
- Basic knowledge of CAD tools and general engineering drawing practice
- An ability to produce 2D and 3D assembly drawings
- A general understanding of engineering change management
- Well organised with good communication and presentation skills
- An ability to learn and understand new technologies and develop design requirements
- A minimum of 2 years relevant engineering experience
