Machine Operator - Staffordshire - Up to 31,427.22 pa including Shift allowance + Benefits - REF 1885
I am currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to work for a leading engineering organisation. Salary up to 31,427.22 pa including Shift allowance.
Shift work :
- 12 hours 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am
- 4 days in week 1 followed by 3 off
- 3 nights in week 2 followed by 4 off
This role will be a great opportunity for the successful candidate to work for an industry leader with a clear career path for personal development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 months experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to relay information.
- Computer literate
- Educated to GCSE level
The ideal candidate will be someone with a hands on proactive approach, with a positive attitude, ability to listen as well as the confidence to communicate with cross functional departments.
