As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between stakeholders and the Digital Team, ensuring business needs are translated into effective digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Interpreting and analysing business problems to align digital solutions with strategic goals.
• Defining clear digital requirements and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
• Managing a Digital Developer, supporting their growth and development.
• Identifying process improvements through digital transformation.
• Providing user insights to enhance digital product design.
• Staying ahead of digital trends and applying emerging technologies.

• Proven Business Analysis experience in an ICT/Digital environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital systems, UX, and process re-engineering.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Hybrid role - four days remote, one day onsite in Stafford (may vary based on business needs).
• Immediate start or short notice availability preferred.
