About the Role:

In this pivotal role, you will oversee all service operations, ensuring that maintenance, repair, and support for industrial cooling systems and HVAC equipment are executed to the highest standards. You’ll lead a dedicated team, collaborate with clients, and continuously improve service processes to meet the rigorous demands of the industrial sector.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the service and maintenance of industrial cooling systems.• Manage and mentor a team of service technicians, ensuring optimal performance.• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to guarantee timely and efficient service delivery.• Monitor performance metrics, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.• Develop and update service procedures and documentation.
