The Role

We are looking for a talented Carpenter / Joiner, with previous kitchen fitting experience, to join our in-house maintenance team at Property Plus. Prior experience in kitchen fitting is essential. If you are a skilled carpenter or joiner with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fitting kitchens, worktops, and floor tiling to a high standard.
  • Completing carpentry work including studding, boxing, and skirtings.
  • Delivering excellent customer care throughout the process.
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with current building regulations.
  • Travel to different sites across Staffordshire and Shropshire.

The Person

  • A nationally recognised trade qualification or relevant time-served experience.
  • A strong understanding of building regulations.
  • Previous kitchen fitting experience is preferred, though not essential.

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
