The Role

We are looking for a talented Carpenter / Joiner, with previous kitchen fitting experience, to join our in-house maintenance team at Property Plus. Prior experience in kitchen fitting is essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Fitting kitchens, worktops, and floor tiling to a high standard.
- Completing carpentry work including studding, boxing, and skirtings.
- Delivering excellent customer care throughout the process.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with current building regulations.
- Travel to different sites across Staffordshire and Shropshire.

The Person
- A nationally recognised trade qualification or relevant time-served experience.
- A strong understanding of building regulations.
- Previous kitchen fitting experience is preferred, though not essential.
- Experience in a social housing repairs and maintenance environment is advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
