Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Salary: £25,000 (OTE £60,000+) + Car Allowance + Fuel Card
Location: Stafford
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Field Sales Executive for an amazing claims business in Stafford. The company requires someone who is confident, thick skinned and able to build relationships. This is a crucial role within the business and requires an individual who is dedicated, motivated and able to work well under pressure.
This role requires travel around the region.
It is a 5 day a week opportunity (Saturday and Sunday being classified at weekdays also) - weekends will be alternate.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Travel around the region.
- Cold calling & travel to sites at any time visiting vulnerable clients.
- Outbound calls and building new relationships.
- Providing an informative and warm experience to the customers.
- Sell service packages.
Skills needed:
- Previous Experience in the sales Industry would be ideal.
- Strong passion to make money.
- A confident, and empathetic individual who is happy to travel.
- Have a strong, can do attitude.
- Resilience - not backing down after rejection.
