Our client, a respected Mutual based in Stafford, Central Midlands, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team. This pivotal brand-new role requires a knowledgeable and experienced professional who will spearhead marketing initiatives that enhance the company's reach and engagement with clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the organisation's objectives and values, ensuring that the customer experience is at the forefront of all activities. Part time hours (5 days a week) could be considered for the right candidate.
Duties of the Marketing Manager will include:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness.

- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for the organisation.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines.

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
- Manage budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources for marketing activities.
The successful individual will possess:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, tools, and digital platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Our client operates a hybrid working policy, with 3 days based at their head office and 2 working remotely.
