What will you be doing?

* Drive revenue growth by managing sales performance and building strong OEM partner relationships.

* Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities.

* Analyse market trends to identify growth areas and enhance OEM value propositions.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive plans and achieve sales objectives.

* Monitor progress, forecast revenue and report on performance to senior leadership.

* Cultivate strong, trust-based partnerships with OEMs.

* Align goals through joint business planning and open communication.

* Address partner needs promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

* Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the OEM partner network.

* Develop strategic proposals and initiatives to drive growth. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and integration.

* Deliver sales presentations, product demos and lead negotiations with OEM partners.

What will you ideally bring to the role?

* Proven experience at a Head of or Director Level role in sales management or business development, with background in managing sales teams and driving growth.

* Expertise in negotiation, closing deals, and managing contracts and deal structures.

* Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading high-performing sales teams.

* Knowledge of the safety and security industry (desirable).

* Extensive knowledge of the OEM ecosystem.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information effectively.

* Ability to analyse data, market trends and financial metrics to guide strategic decisions.

* A customer-focused approach, dedicated to providing excellent service and support.

* Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
