Telephone Sales Executive
Location: Remote
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 per annum (Basic + uncapped commission) (OTE £40,000 – £70,000)

The Role
You’ll be handling a high volume of inbound leads—no cold calling—engaging potential clients, guiding them through a simple yet valuable service, and closing sales over the phone.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales or sales (B2B or B2C).
- Background in financial services, professional services, or a client-facing sales role.
- Confident and persuasive communicator with strong objection-handling skills.
- Efficient and organised, capable of managing a high volume of inbound leads.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and results driven.
- Comfortable working remotely and using a CRM system.
- Aspirations to progress into a leadership role in the future.
