This company boasts a diverse portfolio covering approximately 9 million sq. ft across more than 200 locations, primarily serving SMEs and supporting over 25,000 jobs. The Building Surveyor will play a crucial role in managing lease-end obligations and ensuring compliance with property law, making this an ideal position for a proactive and detail-oriented professional.The Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting property inspections, preparing detailed reports, and providing expert advice to landlords and tenants.
