What You'll Be Doing:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within our client base.
  • Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships to drive customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Understanding client needs and recommending IT solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Managing the full sales cycle - from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Collaborating with marketing and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Tracking and reporting sales activities and pipeline progress with accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in sales or account management within the Managed Services Industry.
  • Sales Approach: A consultative, relationship-driven approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of contracts, recurring revenue models, and tailored IT solutions.
  • Independence & Problem-Solving: Ability to thrive in a smaller business environment, navigating challenges with resourcefulness.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with platforms like Salesforce, Autotask, Kaseya, Ability, and other quoting tools.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
