Job Title: Asbestos Removals Supervisor. Location: Stafford, Staffordshire. Salary / Benefits £150 Per day - £190 per day + BenefitsWe are working closely with a reputable and reliable provider of Asbestos Removal services who are now seeking to take on a hardworking and experienced Asbestos Removals Supervisor. Our client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, attending Commercial sites to oversee and manage licenced and non-licenced removals projects. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must be happy to travel and stay away in line with company and client needs. For the successful candidate, our client can offer a company van with fuel card, generous day rate and opportunities for progression. Experience & Qualifications: " Will have a successful track record working as an Asbestos Removal Supervisor for an established Asbestos Removals company. " Will hold the ARCA Supervisor ticket. " Must have excellent technical skills and knowledge. " Well versed in relevant Health and Safety guidelines. " Able to organise workload in line with company and client needs. " Will be IT literate, able to produce site specific RAMS and detailed reports. " Must be willing to travel in line with company requirements. The Role:" Overseeing and managing a team of removals operatives on predominantly Commercial contracts, ensuring work is completed in line with agreed timeframes. " Managing and overseeing licenced & non licenced removals projects. " Liaising with clients to confirm work to be carried out. " Managing schedules for operatives, ensuring they have the correct equipment & PPE to carry out work. " Creating and providing operatives with site specific RAMS. " Successfully passing HSE audits and ensuring safe working practices. " Working closely with Contract Manager to ensure smooth day to day running of site. " Carrying out appraisals and training with staff, existing and new. " Acting as first point of contact to clients, providing excellent technical support and advice.
