This role includes free accommodation, food allowance, and a company van. The company needs someone they can trust, as this role will be completely off-site, managing all of the work for installation on construction projects. We need a committed person who is happy to work away each week, ideally physically fit to help with anything that might need doing on site - agile and flexible. You will supervise staff, sub-contractors, and a site manager. Continually ensuring the success of each project with quality and excellence. You will be gifted accommodation experiences around the UK as well as your own company van and a food allowance :) This is a remote job working away with an initial induction at the company head office in staffordshire.
Responsibilities
- Ensure everyone adheres to workplace health and safety standards
- Supervise the teams to complete projects on schedule
- Manage the quality of each project, liaising with the office to ensure the right amount of materials, correct designs and timings
- To stay where each project is based, being on-site for specific times
- Managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines
- Managing orders and deliveries of building materials
- Completing site reports and other records
- Attending site management meetings
Requirements
- Site Supervisors Safety Training Qualification, SSSTS or SMSTS
- Experience in construction preferably, groundworks knowledge would be incredible.
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills relevant to the construction industry
- Willingness to live away from home Monday to Friday
Package
- Salary 30,000 to 35,000 depending on experience
