Project Design ManagerLocation: Staffordshire (In Office with regular travel)Salary: £55,000 (DoE)

Are you an experienced Project Design Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to lead design delivery on high-profile construction projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and innovation throughout the process.

The Role:

  • Lead and manage the design team through the project design stage.
  • Oversee client design management and communication.
  • Create and manage design programmes, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Control design change, scope drift, and cost implications.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and manage all digital design elements.
  • Monitor and improve design quality, ensuring outputs meet project requirements.
  • Support pre-construction teams in early-stage design development.
  • Hold regular design review meetings and provide clear reporting on progress.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, particularly in temporary works.
