We are partnering with a leading property developer to recruit their new Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Advisor. With a turnover of approximately 200 million and a valued team of around 300 employees, this organisation has built a strong reputation in the industry. Health and safety have always been integral to its culture, and this role will play a crucial part in ensuring continued success.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated health and safety professional looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage across sites to implement health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation and supporting contractor development.
  • Assist with training, toolbox talks, inductions, and incident investigations as required.
  • Provide expert advice and support to site managers and employees on all HSEQ matters.
  • Conduct investigations into incidents, accidents, and near-misses, implementing measures to prevent recurrence.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within construction or a related industry
  • NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent qualification)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels
  • An understanding of ISO Management Systems (9001, 45001, 14001)
