We are seeking an experienced Management Tutor with a genuine passion for coaching and developing Apprentices to achieve. If this sounds like you we encourage you to apply as soon as possible!

Overview:

Working for a leading Institution and membership body, you will deliver management programmes up to L5 to apprentices within the Rail industry through face-to-face and online sessions.

A typical week:

Manage & support a caseload of learners
Deliver face to face & online training
Plan & deliver engaging training sessions
Review, monitor & evaluate learner progress

You'll need the following:

Assessor or Teaching qualification
L5 Management delivery experience
Confident delivering to groups in person
Leadership & Management qualification (desirable)
