Calling all Credit Controllers looking for new opportunities! This company is not one to be underestimated and are an exceptional employer to work for. With a new start to a year, this company is looking to bring a new member to their Credit Controller team. Based at their office in Staffordshire, the successful applicant will report to the Credit Manager and work within a lovely team of Credit Controllers. The role has a variety of duties, including but not limited to, managing the debtor ledger, processing invoices, handling bank transactions, account and bank reconciliations, and producing financial reports. As well as completing some ad hoc duties when required.

What you will need:

  • Previous experience working as a Credit Controller is essential. Whilst not a requirement, it is advantageous if you also have experience chasing aged debt.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to excel at managing the debtor ledger and building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach to work to ensure accurate data entry, identify discrepancies and resolve issues and queries.
  • Able to self-manage workload and excel at working both collaboratively and autonomously to meet KPIs and deadlines
