- Taking incoming calls from tenants and customers
- Responding to a high volume of tenant enquiries, ensuring complaints are dealt with promptly
- Updating and using systems such as Civica and NetCall
- Strong communication skills with customers, ensuring good customer service at all times
- Experience within a similar role
