Role Overview
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for a variety of construction projects. Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Develop mechanical designs, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire systems, that meet project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with architectural and structural plans.
- Sustainability Focus: Implement energy-efficient and sustainable design practices to minimize environmental impact.

Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in mechanical design within the construction industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and knowledge of relevant codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA).
- Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and building mechanical systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for effective project coordination and reporting.
