A Cyber Security Lead is sought by a prominent company located in Stafford, offering a hybrid working arrangement with at least one day per week in the office.
Candidates should have relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, along with expert knowledge of cyber security principles and technologies.
Experience in managing a third-party SOC function and knowledge of SIEM platforms is essential.
Proven experience in leading incident response efforts and strong communication skills are also required.
The salary for this position is competitive, and applicants should have a minimum of several years of relevant experience.

Cyber Security Lead required by a leading well-known company based in Stafford.

This is a hybrid role involving at least 1 day a week in the office. There is an expectation to spend more time in the office initially whilst getting settled into the company.

Experience required:

Security Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar
Expert Cyber Security knowledge - Principals, technologies and best practices
Experience in managing a third-party SOC function
Knowledge of SIEM Platforms
Proven experience in leading incident response efforts, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and minimising the impact of cybersecurity incidents.
Strong communication skills.
