An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Asset Management Surveyor to join the Estates Management team based within our partner offices taking responsibility for assisting in the delivery of current Estate & Asset Management services.

Description

  • Provide strategic property advice, including management, regeneration, and asset use.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Conduct property reviews and deliver timely, quality reports.
  • Assist with general surveyor duties, adhering to professional standards.
  • Prepare reports, attend committees, and ensure high-quality client support.
  • Manage projects, maximise income, and meet productivity targets.
  • Comply with ISO standards and take on additional tasks as needed.

Profile

  • Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an Estates-related field.
  • 5-10 years of significant post-qualification experience.
  • Preferable experience within a Local Authority.
  • Possession of a full UK driving licence.
