Your new companyThis Local, expanding Accountancy Firm is looking for a qualified Client Manager/Senior Manager to join their expanding Firm. The Firm offers all-round accounting, tax and business advice to a client base of varying sized businesses across a wide range of industries. This is an opportunity to develop significant client relationships and deliver on a wide range of projects.Your new roleAs this Firm's Client Manager, you will be dealing with a wide range of clients from sole traders, partnerships and limited companies with a key focus on proactively supporting SMEs and OMBs. You will manage a significant sized portfolio, with a team of professional support staff to ensure you deliver a quality service. Focusing on accounts, tax and other general accountancy practice services along with project work.Key Duties: -

  • Manage your own client portfolio, as well as that of your team
  • Working with your team to provide a high quality, proactive service
  • Building long standing client relationships
  • Developing and supporting the trainees within your team
  • Reviewing trainee prepared accounts files, offering constructive feedback and mentorship
  • Basic tax planning
  • Monitoring of your team's workflow, communicating with your fellow team leaders, and sharing resources and knowledge where possible.
  • Take on the coordination and delivery of a full service to each client
