Our client, is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to oversee commercial financial operations and lead a team of Finance Managers. You'll play a critical role in driving financial performance, supporting operational teams, and ensuring consistent financial reporting within the business. ?? Location: Stafford (Hybrid Working)?? Position: Finance Business Partner?? Full-Time?? Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + 15% Bonus
Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:- Directly manage 3 Finance Managers, ensuring consistency in reporting across the Retail warehouse network
- Provide financial guidance for new projects, contract-wide reporting, and tracking project spend
- Drive financial activities that align with business objectives and improve operational performance
- Lead the training and development of new Finance Managers in the network, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge sharing
- Manage monthly reporting requirements
- Support Lean initiatives, project benefit tracking, and reporting improvements across the network
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting knowledge
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems
