CREM Recruitment has been appointed to recruit for a key business within the manufacturing industry following the commissioning of their new production lines.
Our client, a global food and additives manufacturing company, are looking to recruit several Food Production Operatives to work at their busy factory in North Stafford (ST16) on a night-shift.
Duties
- Operating Food Production Machinery
- Learning first level fixes
- Undertaking first level quality inspections
- Prepare raw materials ready for production runs
- Work closely with line leaders and shift manager to ensure quality and health & safety procedures are followed
- Pre-pack finished goods ready for stock put away.
Hours & Pay
Permanent Shift Pattern:
Week 1 - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Both weeks, 7pm - 7am
Personal Specification
You will be able to demonstrate, at interview the following:
- An exceptional eye for detail
- A strong history working within production environments (preferably food production)
- A good knowledge of quality processes
- A strong work ethic
