Experience Required:

- Legal labelling knowledge.
- Ability to manage teams.
- Food Safety Qualification.

Role/Responsibilities:
- Review and complete all own-brand and customer product specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with product standards and requirements.
- Manage online specification portals and account-specific technical responsibilities.
- Collaborate with national account managers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely review of product specifications, especially before product launches.
- Supervise and mentor the specification technologist team.
- Maintain internal specification and raw material documents to ensure commercial security and legal compliance.
