We are busy supporting an international recruitment client of ours who are looking to scale up over the next couple of years. They are specifically looking to strengthen their sales force and offer a great package as well as support and the knowledge that you are representing on of the true market leaders in their world. They are predominantly a public sector focussed recruitment and outsourced tech solutions business so this is what you would taking to market. In brief;
- Work with existing clients to open out new revenue streams
- Identify and approach new clients and present solutions
- Collaborate with an experienced team to work on pitches to new and existing clients
- Work with account managers and resourcers to identify suitable candidates
- Attend/present at trade exhibitions to develop new contacts
Our client is ideally looking for an experience business developer with experience of selling solutions into education or public sector generally. Selling recruitment services would be beneficial but not essential - more so the experience of selling into frameworks around the public sector.
