  • Preparing high-quality bids and proposals within set deadlines.
  • Conducting market and client research to support bid strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to gather relevant data.
  • Writing and tailoring method statements to align with client needs and win themes.
  • Maintaining and enhancing a bid content library.
  • Reviewing post-bid feedback and refining future responses accordingly.
  • Assisting in developing presentation materials and other sales documents.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours to meet deadlines.
Successful Applicant:
  • Degree-level education or at least 2 years of experience in Bid Writing.
  • Exceptional written English skills with a strong ability to create concise, impactful content.
  • Proven experience in producing high-quality, strategy-driven proposals.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
